I know what is like to struggle to find the right support for my child AND my family. That’s why I’m so passionate about bringing peace and success to families affected by ADHD.
I built the Chaos Free™ program with these things in mind.
CONNECTION – A key part of managing ADHD as a child is having a parent that truly understands why some skills are harder to learn and why some tasks are harder to complete. They need to know someone is there to help.
COLLABORATION – Teaching parents and children how to work together, allowing the child to be part of the solution, not only teaches problem-solving, but increases self-esteem and self-advocacy skills. This collaboration is also a big part of building a strong parent-child relationship.
RHYTHM – The use of predictable and consistent processes makes it easier for the child to learn critical skills like task completion, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. That’s why these lessons provide simple, practical ways to put these processes in place.
PEOPLE LIKE ME – Yes! I have ADHD. Children with ADHD have an 80% chance of having a parent with ADHD. I purposely created short lessons that can be watched as many times as you like. The program accommodates different learning styles by offering the materials in various formats – handouts, audio only recording, and video with closed captioning.
Let me show you how the Chaos Free™ approach can bring real, positive change to your family’s experience. Let’s walk this path together.
